Serengeti Boys To Take On Uganda Cubs in U17 World Cup Qualifiers

Today the Serengeti Boys will take on the Uganda Cubs at the National Stadium in Tanzania. Their campaign to the U-17 World Cup got off to a bad start when they were beaten 5-4 by Nigeria on Sunday. The Uganda Cubs were defeated by Angola.

This will be both teams’ second match and tensions are running high.

Speaking in Dar es Salaarm, Head Coach Mohammed Rishard said Serengeti Boys displayed impressive attacking soccer against Nigeria but that their defence let them down. He was confident they stood a strong chance against Uganda though.
